Announcement for the International Student Who Is to Be Dropped Out of School

Dear Mr. ISAM MOHAMMED SALEH SHAMLAN (Stu No.: 2015330005),

Article 13 and Article 39 of “Regulations on Graduate Students Status Management of Southwest Jiaotong University”, require that “the duration of doctor students is four years and the longest schooling is six years (including periods of suspension of schooling). The duration of master student is three years and the longest schooling is four years (including periods of suspension of schooling). Students who fail to graduate within the longest period of schooling and fail to handle the completion or incompletion of schooling procedures are to be dropped out of Southwest Jiaotong University.

Therefore, as a PhDr student who was admitted in School of Transportation and Logistics, you had exceeded the longest period of schooling and failed to handle the completion or incompletion of schooling procedures. According to the requirement of our university, you will be dropped out of our university.

When you receive the announcement and if you have any doubt about it, you can submit your statement to our school with 5 working days, otherwise, you are regarded to accept the quitting of the schooling by our university and your student status shall be revoked.
